Is this sentence grammatically correct?

"if only one star would fall everytime i miss you then all the stars in heaven would be gone"
i basically have a problem in conditional tenses.and i need some explanation about if this sentence is correct or not.should it be i missed you instead of i miss you(i mean the tenses)and the would in the second part is correct?

I think it must be :
"If only one star fell everytime I miss you, all the stars in heaven would be gone" ...

I agree with the above comment. This phrase is an example of the second condition in that it is impossible in the present.
