A job can involve a church, or it can consist of doing something to a church, but a job cannot comprise a church.

The majority . . . mainly . . . These words do not fit well together in your sentence.

I believe LDS Churches refers to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints -- more commonly known as the Mormon Church. (Not to be confused with LSD churches!)
