Only people have consciences. Did you mean consciousness? Even so, the meaning is not clear. "Received by the inner and external facts" doesn't have any meaning. "Ego" shouldn't be capitalized. "...is always personal, subjective, ..." -- there should be an "and" between those two words, and the first comma dropped. You don't need "very" on "ego". What are "them"? The information? Information isn't a "them". It's an "it". Facts can be "them". I understand "the ego determines them" -- you mean that a person's self-interest defines the nature and importance of the information received. "[The ego] is determined towards itself and the others" -- what are "the others"? And you've written the sentence in the passive voice.

How about:

"The ego will define the nature and importance of information a person receives and cause the mind and emotions to believe these definitions, despite what the actual facts may be."

Is this sentence grammatical and easy to read?
