Is this sentence grammatical and easy to read?

"The conscience of the information observed and received by the inner and external facts is always personal, subjective, as the very Ego determines them and is determined towards itself and the others."


Could you tell me please if this sentence is grammatical and easy to read?

Only people have consciences. Did you mean consciousness? Even so, the meaning is not clear. "Received by the inner and external facts" doesn't have any meaning. "Ego" shouldn't be capitalized. "...is always personal, subjective, ..." -- there should be an "and" between those two words, and the first comma dropped. You don't need "very" on "ego". What are "them"? The information? Inf
