Is this sentence grammatical?

Hi!


I have a suspicion that this sentence is not grammatical and does not sound well to me, but I cannot figure out how to re-phrase it... Can you help me?


A musical performance was given by rapper XXX who performed a hip-hop song composed within the musical project between the House of Culture and DDD Studio in cooperation with the convicts at the XXX Correctional Facility for Minors.
