Hi!

Is this sentence gramatically well-worded?

According to the decision made by the court on November 1, 2004 in matter No.556GG, enforced on November 3, 2004, custody rights over his daughter, Jane XX, was removed for John XX, and custody rights over his daughter, Cinty YY, was removed for Bil YY.

Is there other way how to write it?
