Is this sentence gramatically correct?

This is an upcoming dentist appointment for the patient, Blue at Ocean Dentist, which has been recheduled for November 18, 2013, Friday, at 1:15 pm. One of the patient's relatives called the office earlier today, saying the patient will not be able show up for the scheduled appointment .
