Grammar

Is this sentence entirely grammatically correct?

"That kind of tragedy once happened in ABC nightclub about 4-5 years ago. One of the reasons is people don't know how to escape the fire. Personally, I believe only few people know how to escape it since no one from the club instructs them as much as an observance and precaution these people lack."

Thank you.

I want to say something like...

"On the other hand, it is also the people themselves never prepare for unexpected situation that may happen; they come to the club only because they want to have fun, so they are unaware of an bad situation. It means they wouldn't be able to spot any sign necessary(observance), or feelings which tell them if something goes wrong (precaution)"

Then I suggest this is one way to present your paragraph:

That kind of tragedy once happened in ABC nightclub about 4 or 5 years ago. One of the causes was that nightclubbers don't know how to escape a fire. Only a few would know how to escape, since no club staff give them any warnings or emergency instructions.
