Please don't use all capital letters, as you did in the title of your post.
"Why is this sentence correct?" is a strange question. It's correct because it has no errors in it. Is there some particular part of it you are wondering about?

I,m not sure ... but I think you have to write " for using " instead of " for " use " .

No, 'use' in the example is a noun, not a verb.

A simpler example is 'I bought a car for use in my job'.
