It's not incorrect. We must assume there's some prior context. That is, it's not necessarily true that everyone who works every single day will soon have a big vacation. I can personally testify to that. (She will have a big vacation soon - maybe she's gonna get laid off.) Perhaps "she will soon be entitled to a big vacation." But it's okay as is.
