Is this sentence correct to say

  1. Enhance self-esteem and confidence to the utmost, for these are the most important elements for succeeding. Besides, these, I believe, are too the elements that have an effect on my English ability.
I especially would like to ask is it apt to insert "I believe" in the middle of a clause as the above. I believe it is all right because when I rearrange the sentence, it's just like "I believe that these are..." Am I correct?

If so, then oh, English is such an elegant language. Emotion: smile

Thank you.
