Questiions:

All helping verbs come before she, he, you, I in the question form and after them in the answer form, right?

I can't remember, do we add ing tho the verb after rather and prefer?

Questiions:

All helping verbs I assume you mean verbs like "is" and "do". come before she, he, you, I in the question form and after them in the answer form, right? yes, usually

Is he your friend?

Yes, he is.

But there are exceptions, as in your question above which seeks confirmation.

He is your friend, right?

Remember what I told you before, that English questions usually start with a question word.

I would rather swimming. [N]

I would rather be swimming. [Y]
