Is this sentence correct as to what do you read about?

Hi.

I willing to expression like of the following.
"I want to ask someone what kind of the book read?"
Is this correct?
Also I am rephrasing like this.

What do you read about?

First, I think you want to say "I want" instead of "I willing". To say "I am (you need the word am) willing" is usually for something that someone else wants you to do, and you don't mind doing it, or at least you decide to to it for them. If you want to do something for your own
