Thank you for verifying the sentence.. I was about to ask someone regarding the expansion of the universe i.e. if the universe is expanding, then in what medium is it expanding.. there has got to be something in which the universe must expand then..

Or else the entire imaginable thing is made of the universe..?

For me the problem word is imaginable. Why not just "the entire thing"?

By the way, it's probably a fallacy to think that the universe is expanding in a medium. In fact, perhaps even the concept of "expanding" is just a metaphor to make sense of what has been discovered through the use of mathematics.
