Is this sentence correct ?

Hello everybody. Please could you tell me if this sentence is correct ?

Supply is limited, "to facilitate the increase of its value"

Or maybe should I write :

Supply is limited, "to facilitate the rise of its value" ?

I'd say eg Supply is limited to make people willing to pay more for it.
