Is this sentence correct?

Hi,

Is my sentence below correct?

" Being exposed to an appropriate and adequate environmental lighting, ensures human's health and comfort; too much light intensity, on the contrary, will result in a headache, fatigue, and stress; and insufficient light intensity causes dizziness, eye pressure, headache, fatigue, musculoskeletal disorders and human errors.
