It's not natural. You could say It looks like the rain is more widespread this week. It is raining (or it has rained, or it will rain, or it could rain, etc.) in almost every part of the province.

Thank you. Is 'more scattered/more even' also correct?

They are possible, but they wouldn't necessarily convey the same meaning. Scattered would suggest that some places will get rain while many others won't. Even would require context for the meaning to be clear.
