Is this sentence correct?

Ambiguity can help people with diverse sets of opinions with collaboration with each other.

Shouldn't collaborating be used instead of collaboration (with each other being an adverbial phrase)?

with (preposition) collaboration (noun) with (preposition) is not grammatical.

collaborate (verb) with (preposition) each other is grammatical.
