Thank you. I checked the dictionary and there is the phrase what is sth like, so are both forms correct ?

and

Could you describe what is an interview process like?

or Could you describe what is the interview process like at X ?

I would class this as wrong. I think "how" has to be "what".

Also there should be no space before the question mark.

"Could you describe how an interview process looks?" would work.
