Is this sentence grammatically correct?

"When you search books by genre and there will be no exact match for your search, the search will give you some alternatives..."

Or it suppose to be like this:

Are both correct?

The second is correct. The first is not. We generally don't use the future with 'when' except in a question.

And how about this: "Books aren't sent if the search isn't used" or it should be "Books will not be sent if the search isn't used". Or both are correct?

Both are grammatically correct, but I don't understand the meaning of either. Perhaps context would clear that up.
