Is this sentence correct?

If not, please correct me.

I'm seeking for a flat spacious enough for me to feel comfortable in it and cheap enough for me to be able to pay the rent without problem.

I want to say that the flat should be: 1- enough big and 2 - cheap, that my salary can pay...

It is just a sentence I thought of, i'm not really seeking it.

So, is there english mistakes in my sentence other than "seeking "for" that you can correct without changing the whole sentence? Imagine I am writing a letter to a friend in order to explain how I feel, not just writing an ad or something.
