Is this sentence correct?
First of all, sorry for my bad English if it confuses you.
There is a function that can be called only when you move your finger on the screen but you must not take your finger off. So, I short this sentence to
"(it is) called when you move the finger on the screen without taking it off"
But somehow I feel this is very strange so posted here to get your advice if possible. Sorry to bother you
