Is this sentence correct?

Hi.
I want to introduce to someone as follows contexts.
But I'm not sure, Is this expression right? in notice, now I am working still.

" I have been working Microsoft company since 7 years, I have developed kind of image program. "
"We need to representation fixed point number to integer, then we can calculate each of numbers, then we have to back, using shift operation"

please advice me what do I wrong and what am I do for fixing?

Also How do I expression this? "* 2^n", I think it was supposed called like think : multiplying the power of 2n ...hmm..I don't know what should I call this one?

You are using expression like this "a kind of image processing".I think this is expressing just one.
