"I realized that it seems to be a little bit hard to learn English because of being confused with stuff that you already have"

Specially, using have. How come some stuff you have would make you to feel hard to study English?

for me, a little bit weird.

"At least, if it were me, I'd use: I realised that it seems to be a little bit hard to Learn English, because of being confused with things you already know."

It is not quite perfect. Also, it is not very clear what "stuff that you already have" means. Are you referring to the knowledge that you already have about your native language?
