Is this sentence correct?

"A man has probably made a big mistake by leaving the house, because when the <b>owner finds</b> him, he's going to be in big trouble"

Or

"A man has probably made a big mistake by leaving the house, because when the <b>owner will find</b> him, he's going to be in big trouble"

Which would be technically correct? "finds" or "will find"?
