Is this sentence correct?

I don't know where this question is acceptable to this forum.

I ask you to permit this personal question.

I have written the following sentence in bold.

--- I have an idea that I would go out for lunch with my students in a institute, for I think it's god for me that I associate with various people.

It's not bad for me if I go out for lunch with the ones of people being educated

, for they each have a diversity of a character and backgrounds.

Is this sentence correct in both grammar and sentence structure?

In advance, Thank you for your help.

It's not bad for me ( for me is not necessary) if I go out for lunch with the ones of some of the people being educated ( students is better) , for they each have a diversity of a character s and backgrounds. Each person does not have a diversity of character and backgrounds; each person has only one character, and only one background. We only use the plural of "one" when we are selecting certain individuals from a defined group: eg.
