Is this sentence correct?

Hello,
I wanted to know if the following sentence is correct, and if it clearly brings out the meaning or not:
"The children find it difficult to blindly accept the Hindu beliefs and ideologies and they constantly confront the dilemma of having to adhere to American culture or traditional Hindu family values".
