I think it is not grammatical.
This is OK: " It is important that we win and also give an opportunity to the new comers."
However, I am not convinced with using these ideas together.

I meant wining is important so we dont want to give a chance to new comers

You can also say "It is important to win rather than [to] give an opportunity to newcomers."

That is grammatica. I'm not sure that I would understand what you meant by "give an opportunity to newcomers" without your comment above.
