Is this sentence correct ?!

you will never find any address of mine. Specter I ... not seen by eye. My Language is made by dependent characters. I am a queen without Kingdom. Homeland without doors and walls.

Mister Micawber - I think the third sentence was supposed to mean something like "if you had my eyes, they would be of no use to you; you cannot use them for seeing, only I can". But I don't really know how to express that in the way that would make it fit the poem.
