Is this sentence correct?

Sentence: Therefore I request the USPS to kindly provide me a proof of delivery, non-delivery or simply a written confirmation by email of whether any packet was delivered to that address on that receiver's name by that sender/poster or not.

I presume that the letter is addressed to the USPS, so the first part is useless verbiage, for instance, and 'non-delivery' cannot be proven, of course. You have other redundancies:
