"I have got two sisters - Viki, OIi and one brother Adam".

As Gigilian has already suggested, you need two m-dashes (not hyphens), if you don't want commas, and other corrections:

I have got two sisters—Viki and OIi—and one brother, Adam.

The way you've used the dash (really, you used a hyphen, but I believe you meant a dash) is incorrect.
