Is this sentence correct?

Sentence: I wish you also do the same, so that I become hopeful about the future of your company from my present critical stand.

Question: Is the sentence correct grammatically?

Hi, It's stilted, and has some problems. I suggest eg I hope you do the same, so that I can become hopeful about the future of your company and change my present critical stance. This is still not wonderful, but it's hard to comment further with no context.
