The kind of cool attitude you have always made me wonder someone in your position can even be this encouraging to the employees.

"attitude you always have" - Here, doesn't this 'always' indicates that HE always has that kind of attitude? -- No. 'YOU'
"attitude you have always" - But, here I meant it makes MYSELF always wonder about his cool attitude.-- No. 'YOU', but the adverb 'always' is not in its usual position.
