Is this sentence correct?

I just realized I didn't specify in which country those schools we are representing that are not in Canada are located.

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if the sentence is grammatical and OK to use?

If not, would you help me correct it in the least invasive manner?

(I am especially concerned about whether "are locate" is in the best position it could possibly be.)

Thanks
