Is this sentence correct??

I am new to this forum. i need to send approval email to my lead every month and please check the grammer errors. I will set up the meeting invite with the below text:

Hi XX,


I like to meet with you to get the Timecard approval for March.



If this time does not work, please reschedule whenever you are available.
