Is this sentence correct?

Sentence: A person who does not even aware of the background of Word War II is asking me to get my facts right about the Cold war.

Question: Can you tell me is this sentence right or wrong without making any correction to/in it? If this sentence is wrong then tell me the correct way to say it.

I am not sure about two things. First, "does not" will come or "do not" in the sentence? Second, we can use "does not even aware of" in this way or not. Normally we say "..does not even know..".

So these are my doubts and a question. Please answer them.
