As for me it isn't correct. I would use necessary instead of must.

If you refer to something as a must, you mean that it is absolutely necessary. But it is INFORMAL.

It seems to me that the sentence

Transparency, Service quality and honesty are must for success and the recognition of brand.
is quite a formal one
