Is this sentence correct?

Sentence: Does his 'postulators' and twitter guards have problem with that also ?

Question: I'm saying the above thing sarcastically to someone. Is my sentence correct grammatically? Has the verb "does" been used correctly in the sentence or should "do" come in place of it?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply and correction.

Postulator means "someone who proposes or pleads for a candidate for beatification or canonization". By "his postulator" (his: represents a celebrity) I mean those fanboys who keey defending the wrong deeds of a celebrity in order to placate him. I hope now would have got the gist

Hi,

I know thhat meaning of 'postulator', but I didn't understand how you meant it in your sentence. Perhaps if you had provided more context, I might have. For instance, I didn't know you were talking about a celebrity.
