Is this sentence correct?

Not sure if I should use "who" or "that."

For every person who disregards your advice, or doubts you, there are another 10 who benefit.

The adjective "every" gives you the option that you can use both: 'that' or 'who'. If you remove 'every' from the clause then the pronoun 'who' is normally used.
