Is this sentence correct

"There are initially some implicitly set up restrictions for this devices when you buy it"

Is this sentence correct? Can it be written in different, better way?

Cheers in advance

Hi Anon; Don't mix up singular and plural - "There are initially some implicitly set up restrictions for this (singular - plural is "these" ) devices (plural) when you buy it. (Singular - plural is "them") " Here is a paraphrase: The default (or factory) configuration for this device includes some restrictions.
