I don't understand the question.
Weather is cloudy, sunny, rainy, snowy, windy, stormy etc.

mutrition - not a word I know of. I assumed you meant nutrition (which means food.) Nutritious food is food that has essential vitamins and minerals, has complex carbohydrates, and is low in fat. This is the kind of food that promotes good health.

You already said in the first part of the sentence that drinking is bad for your health. It is not necessary to repeat it.

You could simply say that alcoholic drinks are neither nutritious nor good for your health.

Alcohol can be addictive. It kills brain cells and causes liver disease. Alcohol impairs one's mental function and ability to drive safely. Drunk driving is a leading cause of fatal traffic accidents. There are many ways in which alcohol can be unhealthful.

On the other hand, wine, taken in moderation can promote long life.
