Is this sentence correct?

All the documents were presented to the bank on 01 July and the customer has been paid last week. Please advise if there is anything need to help.

Hi, All the documents were presented to the bank on 01 July and the customer has been paid last week. You don't need Present Perfect. Just use Simple Past.

You don't need Present Perfect. Just use Simple Past.
