I is always capitalized. Sentences need punctuation at the end.

Actually, your sentence is correct, in a humorous sort of way. Rather than what you intended, however, it means that peopl have been studying youall this time.

Following up on Philip's remarks, you could use this in a story about a rat lab. One rat says to another, "I have been studied here since September, 2008". (Note I and September.)
