Is this sentence correct?

Mr X will be away on official trip to [city] for two days. Will be back in the office on [date]. In his absence, please direct any queries to Mr. YD on 11xxxxxx. Mr X also will be available on his mobile

"Mr" and "Mr." are both OK, but ideally you should be consistent. In BrE we tend to use "Mr", but I think "Mr." may be preferred in AmE.

It's also not necessary to say where he is.

Simply say he is out of the office and will return on date X.
