Is this sentence correct?

I had requested Peter settle payment to them before and the factory also sent him email requested the payment receipt on 05 Oct. So that, he shall do it.

Lisa, I think you had better restrict yourself to asking questions and not answer any. This is your third post that I have had to correct. The sentences should read:

I requested Peter to pay them before, and the factory also sent him an email on October 5th requesting payment, so he should have done so.
