Is this sentence correct?

'We are a studio who‘s aim is the making of designs for fan sites about actors, singers and stars.'
Is there 'who's' correct? Shouldn't I say whose? Maybe there are more mistakes? Thanks for your help.

Thank you, Clive. But one australian girl told me it's possible to write who's, but she can't explain that. So, would it be possible?

I should think that in written English, "who's " is not correct. Colloquially though "who's" would be OK.
