Is this sentence correct?

Can anyone help me with the structure of the following sentence? Is it grammatically correct?

We are seeking qualified individuals who will join us as we expand across the country, providing professional, necessary transportation services to people in your area.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

The thing that bothers me about it is the switch from third person to second person. Also, the use of future tense is not clear. Does it mean we're seeking them now, but we don't want them to join us until some later time, when we expand across the country?

  • That is, do you hope not to call attention to the fact that the jobs are not immediately available?
  • I understand that this use of "will" is popular in ads, meaning "if you qualify, you will X," or "the chosen candidates will X," but I think "We are seeking qualified individuals to join us," is more direct.
