Is this sentence correct?

How many pallets can be stuffed into one 40’ container? Would you please help to calculate base on the following dimension?

I think it would make more sense if in the 2nd sentence you said was, "Please calculate the base with the following dimension(s)" The (s) depends on whether you have listed more then one dimension. And if you want to cut it down even more, technically you don't really need the "please" in there. You could just start with the word calculate.

Hi

How many pallets can fit into a 40'container?
How many pallets can a 40' container hold?

Would you please make your calculation based on the following dimensions? (Here I presume the length, width and height of one pallet will be given.)
