"For Michael, weapons are a danger for everyone."

Is the sentence correct?

Therefore, can we say the following although the former is better: "Weapons are a danger for everyone for Michael"?

You can say either one. There are better ways to express the thought, but if being grammatical is your main concern, they are both grammatical.
