is this sentence correct?

Further to our conversation yesterday, we noted that the goods were shipped to the incorrect port 'Felixstowe', it should have been to 'Brislach'. Please ship them to the correct destination ASAP and keep us posted on the status. We will not bear any cost based on the FOB terms.

The only grammatical mistake is the use of "it should have been (shipped) to Brislach" - "it" refers to "goods", so does not match in number. Use "they" instead. If "it" refers to "Felixstowe, then write "instead of the correct port Brislach".
