is this sentence correct?
3000 pcs of M-18CR were passed inspection on Oct 21, we planned them ship with 3000 pcs of M-700DP in one 40' container. However, we did not receive your LC for MM-700DP until today, then we decide to ship M-18CR first. There are total 31.40 cbm for M-18CR, please accept them ship by LCL.

Have a look again at where you have used commas, and try to decide if you need a period + capital letter.
